Upon completing your order, you can choose from the following payment methods. Unfortunately, PayPal is no longer available.

    Available for Belgian and German cardholders.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with the item you have purchased. But if the product, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, it can  be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund credit, or exchange (minus delivery charges).

Please call us or send an e-mail with the problem and we will find a suitable solution.

Bloom or Mold

Now and then we get a message from a concerned customer who thinks there is mold on the cigars. In most cases it is not mold but bloom.

Bloom, also called plume, is a grey/white residual powder that is left from the cigar’s essential oils drying on its surface, and it is considered a very good sign that the proper aging is taking place. You can easily wipe it off and it leaves no marks on the cigar.

Mold ruins the taste of a cigar and leaves a spot when you wipe it off.

If your country is not in the shippinglist, please contact us. It might be possible to add your country.

We do not sell tobacco products like cigarettes, loose tobacco or smokeless tobacco products to the USA as we also sell Cuban products.

Dimensions

The dimensions we use on our website are in millimeters for length and parts of an inch for ring gauge.

Do you offer insurance for orders?

Yes, we offer insurance for all orders. The cost is a percentage of the order amount, and the insurance option is automatically set to “Yes” during checkout. If you do not wish to include insurance, you can toggle the insurance button to “No.”

Our insurance covers seizure, loss, damage, and extra charges raised by customs. Here’s how it works:

  • Seizure by Customs: If your order is seized, send us a copy of the letter received from Customs, and we will either reship your order or issue a refund.
  • Lost Orders: If your order gets lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found within 30 days, you will receive a reshipment or a refund.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order is damaged upon arrival, send us clear pictures of the damage. We will resolve the issue in a way that suits your needs.
  • Extra Customs Charges: If Customs raises additional charges, you may refuse to pay. In such cases, the order will be returned to us, typically within 21 days. Once the tracking shows the order is being returned to sender, we will reship or refund your purchase.
